Once you place an order by following the simple on screen instructions, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email


When you purchase via pre-order, you are initially charged a 50% deposit of the total price (pre-discount) of the item(s) at checkout. Shipping fees will also be charged.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order which includes a link to pay the balance.

When your item(s) have arrived we will notify you by email, and you must pay the remaining balance of the order by using the payment link sent with your initial order confirmation. Full payment must be made prior to shipping.

Promotional discount will be subtracted from the final payment balance amount, not the deposit.

Yes. All payments are handled by PayPal secure payments and we do not hold any credit card details.


We take great pride in our reputation for providing merchandise of the highest quality. As such, it is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We are willing to refund or exchange unworn/unused Goods when returned to Lisa The Label, in perfect unworn and original condition with the receipt and tags attached within 14 days of purchase.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your merchandise within ten business days after shipment has been made, provided that:

i) the item is in its original condition
ii) the item has not been worn, used or damaged; and
iii) the item is returned in its original packaging, with all items that were included with the original purchase.

Any items that are returned to us in a damaged, soiled or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Merchandise returned to Lisa The Label for exchange must be returned pre-paid, as we are unable to accept COD (cash on delivery) returns. Returns should be made using registered Special Delivery Service. Please retain a copy of the proof of postage certificate and ensure that the goods are adequately covered for compensation. Lisa The Label are not responsible for any items lost in the post.

Your statutory rights will not be affected.

Please note that Made to Measure, Demi-Couture or other Special Order pieces can not be exchanged or refunded – please contact us should you have any further queries.


If in the unlikely event that an item you have received is incorrect or faulty, please contact us to arrange the return of the item at your earliest convenience. Lisa The Label is responsible for paying all shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods. Please note that Goods must be returned in their original unworn condition with all packaging, tags and documentation included.

If Lisa The Label receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, then you are deemed to have received and accepted the Goods in full working order and with no problems.


If you have received an item from Lisa The Label as a gift you may request a refund or exchange it for another item of the same value or more, provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, taxes and import duties and any additional charges that may incur as a result of exchange.
